Sally Bennett Olczak, M.A.
Chief Executive Officer
Sally Bennett Olczak has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County since 2002. She holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and provides strategic leadership for the organization, advancing dementia care, community partnerships, innovation, and organizational excellence across Windsor and Essex County.
Rosemary Fiss, M.ED.
Director of Programs
Rosemary Fiss oversees ASWE's client programs and services, bringing extensive experience in dementia care, education, and community support. She is committed to delivering person centred services that enhance the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.
John Dominato
Director of Finance & Support Services
John Dominato oversees ASWE's financial operations, facilities, information technology, and administrative services. He is committed to responsible financial stewardship and operational excellence, ensuring the organization has the resources and infrastructure to support high-quality client care.
Tara McBride
Manager of Philanthropy
Tara McBride manages fundraising, donor relations, community engagement, and special events at ASWE. She works closely with donors, volunteers, businesses, and community partners to strengthen philanthropic support and advance the organization's mission.
Melissa-Jo Meyer, CHRL
Manager, Workforce & Quality Assurance
Melissa-Jo Meyer, CHRL, manages Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Privacy, and Organizational Development at ASWE. With more than twenty-five years of human resources experience, she is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting organizational excellence, and advancing continuous quality improvement.
