Annual reports and finances

As a registered charity, the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent's financial records and reports are available for anyone interested in viewing them.

Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement 2019-2022

A 3-year agreement between the LHIN and the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent that enables the LHIN to provide funding for the services of the Society. This agreement has been extended to March 31, 2023.
