Evelyn's Place has opened!

An important announcement about the Brampton and Evelyn’s Place Day Programs - lasted updated 01/30/24.

To all Clients, Care Partners, and Community Partners of the Alzheimer Society Peel, we are happy to announce Evelyn’s Place Day Program has opened its doors at its new home at 7560 Airport Road, unit 10.

The program is spacious, bright, and has been getting high marks from our members. One member shared, “It's so big and so much nicer than the old place!" Another said, “Wow, it just keeps going...it's so big and beautiful!"

The last item remaining is the installation of the magnetic locks on the doors - which means that at this time the program is not a secured location. We will be keeping you updated as things progress. Please continue to visit our website for updates. Also, we will be sure to update our website with a virtual tour of the program.

If you are considering joining Evelyn's Place Day Program, please reach out to your assigned Home and Community Care Coordinator, your assigned ASP Counsellor or Care Navigator, or ASP’s Service Access team at 905-278-3667 x 307 or [email protected].

If you have any other non-service related questions, please reach out to Sean Weylie, Regional Director of Dementia Strategy, or Karen Phair, Chief Client Officer, and they will be happy to answer your question or direct you to the most appropriate person to help you. Thank you.
