Find
what you're looking for -- search and site map You can use the site search box found on every page
to look for a keyword or keyword phrase. For an overall
sense of the site or if you're looking for a specific page,
please consult our site

View
special messages in "pop-up" windows If you click on the photograph at the top of each page,
you'll see a "pop-up" window with extra information.
We use these windows to call your attention to something
we'd like to highlight on the site or to tell a personal

Print
pages formatted to be "printer-friendly"
You'll see an icon of a printer under the blue menu

Help
tips
Look
for the hand If you're new to the Web, here's a trick that will
make your site visits easier. When you move your mouse
pointer over text or a graphic that's linked to another
page (or a different section of the page you're on), you
will see a hand appear. This is one easy way to tell that
there's more information available elsewhere. (Tip: Hover
over the photo above now with your mouse pointer and you'll
see that we've linked the photos at
the top of each page on this site.)
Learn
how to read and print a file in Adobe Acrobat
format (PDF) Some of the files on this site are available in PDF
format so you can print them as they were originally designed
(for example, an application form or newsletter). To read
and print PDF files, you need to have a copy of Adobe
Reader. Once you install the program, you can download
the files, read them on your computer and print them.
You
can download your free
Adobe Reader from the Adobe
website. (Tip: It can
take a while to download, depending on the speed of your
Internet connection, so be prepared.)
We'll
use this symbol to let you know that you need Adobe
Reader to read and print a particular file.
Add
a link to us from your site If you have a website that you think speaks to the
same audience as ours and would like to link to this site,
please e-mail your request to webmaster@alzheimer.ca and
we'll get back to you. Sorry, but we can't always offer
a link to your site, but will consider it and if it meets
our criteria, we'll be happy to add it to our Web Links page.
