Raise your voice
The Alzheimer Society provides a voice for all Canadians affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias at all levels of government.
But we can’t do it alone. By working together we can offer the best care for today and the best hope for a world without Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
We need your help!
A national dementia plan is vital to the future of Canada’s health-care system. The costs of dementia are skyrocketing, and we need your help. By 2040, the cost to Canadians will be an incredible $293 billion per year.
This petition asks Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty to include a national dementia plan in Canada’s 2013 budget, which will be released in the spring.
Please sign our petition and spread the word. Now, more than ever, we need to show the Government of Canada how important this initiative is.
Write to Minister Flaherty today.
Thank you for doing your part in the fight against dementia!
