We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a full-time First Link® Coordinator based in Saskatoon, serving the former Saskatoon Regional Health Authority.

The First Link Coordinator plays an important role in supporting people living with dementia and their family caregivers. This position provides timely information, guidance, and referrals to Alzheimer Society programs, as well as to community services that can help individuals throughout their journey. The Coordinator also leads Alzheimer Society education sessions and support programs, helping families stay informed and connected.
