Participant Testimonials:

“MiM is helping to improve our lives and outlook on life”

“This program has improved my physical, mental, emotional being...this program made me want to exercise further in the week...”

Program delivery partners:

“Overall, the program works well. Because of attending Minds in Motion, some clients have now networked with some of our other programs.”

“ The shear connection of the group. Quite a few of the participants [who] showed up to the program had not been involved in anything beforehand and then within two or three weeks, they were going to day programs, they were seeing each other outside of the group... providing their own support to each other.”

Minds in Motion is a program intended for people with early to mid-stage signs of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias and their care partners. However, individuals are welcome to join on their own as well!

Upon sign-up, participants will be asked a few questions to ensure the program is the right fit for them. Participant couples will pay a fee of $40 for participation in the full eight week program (fees may vary across regions).
