First Link®

First Link® connects people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias to their local Alzheimer Society and other community resources as early in the disease process as possible.

MedicAlert®Safely Home®

MedicAlert®Safely Home®, a program developed by the Alzheimer Society of Canada in partnership with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, helps police find people with dementia who are missing and return them home safely.
