Come, Visit Us!

Family members, caregivers, and health care professionals are always welcome to call for more information or a tour of our unique facilities. Our First Link® Coordinator  will be happy to help you with the intake process.

A Program Designed For You

Join us for a choice of evidence based enjoyable activities - all specially adapted for people unable to attend traditional community and social programs. Whether you enjoy crafts, gardening, pets, music, meal preparation and baking, exercise, group discussion, games, projects, outings, or special events and parties, we'll design a program to suit you. Our Day Away Program team develops an individual Care Plan in consultation with each client and their family.  Daily journals help share activities and news.  Our staff to client ratio supports our person-centered care philosophy which allows us to provide some personal care such as assistance with feeding, toileting, incontinence care and safe transfers.

Evidenced Based Wellness Program

Health MonitoringMonitoring blood pressure and changes in weight is crucial to ensuring optimal health in older adults. To better support the ongoing wellness and optimal health of our clients, trained staff will regularly monitor the client’s blood pressure, and weight during program hours. Once completed a record of the client’s vital signs will be sent home monthly or as needed. No additional fee for this service.

Foot Care & Hairdressing ServicesIn a dementia friendly environment, specially trained regulated health care professionals provide foot care services on site at no additional cost.

Flu Vaccine Clinic To better support our client population, flu vaccines are available annually on site during program hours on selected dates.  The clinic is open to clients and their care partners. No additional fee for this service.

Therapeutic Bathing Provided by trained Personal Support Workers, a general body cleanse and shampooing of the hair in a specially designed shower room on site, is available during program hours. Based on the client’s needs, aroma  therapy is facilitated during the shower to enhance the experience. Registration is required and an additional fee applies.
