Become a Memory Maker for Alzheimer's on #GivingTuesdayCA

Most people know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday…and now you can put altruism in the spotlight in Canada on Giving Tuesday, a Canadian movement for giving and volunteering the day after Cyber Monday, on December 1, 2015.

You can do something about dementia on Giving Tuesday. Here’s how: Plan to host a fundraising event! It’s easier than you think.

Whether you plan to host a dinner party with friends, organize a charitable dress-down day at work, or a community bake sale, register your event through Memory Makers for Alzheimer’s.

Memory Makers for Alzheimer’s is your one-stop fundraising headquarters. Sign up as an individual or a team, and let the fundraising begin! Money you raise will go directly to Alzheimer Societies in Ontario to make a difference in the lives of those living with the disease. It may even benefit someone you know.

Register your #GivingTuesdayCA fundraising event here!

Donate now

Your $5, $10, or $15 donation allows us to continue to support people living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, their families, and caregivers. Your donation stays in our community. That means that your neighbours, friends, and family are well-supported when they need help.

This #GivingTuesdayCA I am donating $5 to the Alzheimer Society to help those in our community who are living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias! And you can, too.

I am hosting an event on #GivingTuesdayCA because over 700,000 Canadians are living with Alzheimer's disease, and that number could grow to 1.4 million by 2031. Join me on December 1 to raise funds for the Alzheimer Society!

I support the Alzheimer Society on #GivingTuesday! And you can, too! Donate, volunteer, or raise funds for the Alzheimer Society on December 1.

Together, we can lead the change for people with dementia.
