  • Image of a physiotherapy clinic. Living safely

Whether you are a person with dementia or a family member, living safely is important. We provide tips on making your environment safe, plus the ® Safely Home®MedicAlertprogram helps people with dementia get home safely.

  • Crowd of people smiling into the camera. Public awareness

If you’re interested in making your community more aware of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, please contact the office.  There are many opportunities, especially during January, Alzheimer Awareness Month, for speaking engagements, political delegations or media interviews.

The voice of the lived experience, whether that of a caregiver or of a person living with dementia, is the most powerful tool in raising public awareness and reducing stigma.
