InterAct™ Caregiver’s Kit (for one-on-one cognitive interaction sessions)

The InterAct™ Caregiver’s Kit comes with everything you need to provide a comprehensive cognitive one-on-one interaction program.

The Kit includes thirty-six structured session plans divided into six sections: Physical Activity; Language and Music; Visual/Spatial; Computation; Memory, and Critical Thinking. It also includes the Fit Minds Caregiver Handbook; the Fit Minds Quotes & Notes guided reflection book; Association Cards and activity sheet; Time Line Cards and activity sheet; Picasso Art Cards and activity sheet; Event Sequencing Cards and activity sheet; Fit Minds 7-Level Sudoku Cards; Shape Cards, Pattern Sheets, Tic-Tac-Toe board and activity sheet; Around the House activity board; Around the Neighbourhood activity board; Language Activity bundle; Computation Activity bundle and a Magnetic Whiteboard.

This kit is available to borrow from the office for a two week period.

  • DASN International (Dementia Advocacy and Support Network) – An online community that is part of a non-profit organization working to improve the lives of people with dementia.
  • DementiaGuide – a website that helps people with Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers recognize, understand, record and monitor symptoms
