Service points in Montreal

The service points are a place to meet the needs of people living in the east and west ends of the City of Montréal. The service points are located in areas where the Alzheimer Society of Montréal offers counselling, by appointment, as well as various support groups.

Please note that it is important to contact the Alzheimer Society of Montréal to make an appointment or to attend a support group.

CLSC Olivier-Guimond

  • Counselling, by appointment only;  
  • Support group one afternoon per month, in French.

CHSLD Bayview (Pointe-Claire)

  • Monthly support group, one evening per month, in English;
  • Support and information groups. The sessions are held in fall, winter and spring, one evening per week for 8 weeks, in English.

Centre d’hébergement de Dorval

  • Counselling, by appointment only.

Centre de jour Triest

  • Support group, one evening per month, in French;
  • Support and information groups. The sessions are held in fall, winter and spring, one evening per week for 8 weeks, in French.

CLSC St-Léonard

  • Support and information groups. The sessions are held in the fall and spring, one afternoon per week for 8 weeks, in French.

Centre de jour de la Résidence Angelica

  • Support and information groups. The sessions are held only in winter, one afternoon per week for 8 weeks, in French.
