Programs and Services
We offer many Programs and Services to assist anyone who is affected by Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Our Programs and Services include, but are not limited to:
First Link is a referral program in partnership with health care professionals and families to ensure individuals and caregivers dealing with dementia receive support, education and access to community resources throughout the continuum of the disease.
First Link provides service delivery model for client care and encompasses the core services of outreach, support and education.
Individual and Family Support
We provide educational support for individuals and families through in-person visits at your home, at our office, or by telephone.
The First Link learning series provides participants with dialogue education to learn about the different stages of the diseases's progression, as well as coping strategies, resources and support. Each series builds upon the other.

Support groups provide an opportunity for caregivers to gain an share information, find support and benefit from others sharing their experiences.
The MedicAlert ID helps emergency responders to treat people quickly and effectively who cannot speak for themselves. This service helps people living with dementia who go missing.
We have a resource Library that is available to the public to access DVD's, books, resource material such as brochures, fact sheets, and flyers.
