Join us at our local fundraising events in the Kenora/Rainy River Districts communities!

Coffee Break®

Coffee Break® is the Alzheimer Society's major nationwide annual fundraiser where friends, co-workers and customers gather in communities across Canada to raise funds for local Alzheimer Societies. Participants at these events make a donation in exchange for a cup of coffee. The money raised in our community will remain here to support our free programs and services.

“You can make a difference by hosting a Coffee Break®.”

If you are interested in hosting your own Coffee Break® we will provide you with a hosting kit! It includes; coffee grinds, a donation box, advertising tools and more.

There are many fun and creative options it is not limited to coffee. You can sell coffee cut-outs for a dollar, plan a theme day at your office, for example, dress down day, host a bake sale, etc. Make your Coffee Break® as easy and convenient as you like.

Would you like to make your Coffee Break® a little more ‘Challenging’, become a “Host with the Most” register for the Coffee Break® Challenge (two categories – Business Category or Individual/Community Group) .
