Referral

The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce connects people with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia and their caregivers with healthcare professionals and community support services.  Referrals to the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce are made by health-care providers through First Link^®.  People may also make self-referrals by contacting us at 519-376-7230 or 1-800-265-9013.
