Forget-me-not tree

Each November and December the Alzheimer Society Grey-Bruce decorates trees in public locations in communities across Grey-Bruce and invites individuals to symbolically light a bulb on a tree by making a donation to our chapter.

Forget-Me-Not Trees are a way to honor the memory of someone who has died, or to show support and understanding for an individual who is affected, and their family members and caregivers.

It is an appropriate, at a time when friends and families gather to relive past memories and to create new ones, to take a moment to think of those who can no longer remember the important events in their lives.

Donations are used in Grey-Bruce to support people we all know and care about.

If you would like to support the Forget-Me-Not Tree, either as a volunteer or as a donor, please contact our office.
