On February 18, business and community leaders gathered at the Fairmont Waterfront for the Alzheimer Society of B.C.’s fifth annual Breakfast to Remember, where they took a leading role in the fight against dementia.
Supporters heard powerful speeches by Helmut Pastrick, Chief Economist for Central 1 Credit Union and Alzheimer’s advocate Jim Mann. To date this year’s Breakfast to Remember in Vancouver has raised over $147,000.

On February 25, business and community leaders in Victoria gathered at the Fairmont Empress for the Alzheimer Society of B.C.’s third annual Breakfast to Remember. Supporters heard powerful speeches from Dr. David Leishman BA MSW MD FRCPC, Geriatric Psychiatrist, Seniors Health and David Obee, Editor-in-Chief of the Times Colonist.
To date, this year’s Breakfast to Remember in Victoria has raised over $37,000.
