Join us for a Breakfast to Remember

Breakfast to Remember returns in 2024!

Dementia doesn’t just affect a single person – it affects their entire community. Currently, family members, friends, colleagues and neighbours provide almost 68 million hours of unpaid care to people living with dementia in B.C. alone. Caregiving has a significant impact on family members’ financial stability and their ability to maintain productivity in the workplace. Projections show by 2050, support provided will increase to nearly 200 million hours of unpaid care per year.

The Alzheimer Society of B.C. invites you to join business and community leaders from across the province at Breakfast to Remember, being held in Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria. Aimed at increasing awareness in the business community, these events highlight the issues and realities facing people affected by dementia – and help businesses consider their role in creating a dementia-friendly province.

Breakfast to Remember is a highly regarded signature event that provides businesses with an opportunity to take action to change the future for the more than 85,000 British Columbians living with dementia. Each event provides a unique perspective on the disease, featuring speakers from across the business community and personal stories from people who are engaged in the cause – including caregivers, researchers and people who are living with a diagnosis themselves.

Join other leaders in your community and help raise critical funds to support Alzheimer Society of B.C. programs and services and enable dementia research.

Ticket sales are now open and we invite your company to consider purchasing a table. Individual tickets are also available for purchase.
